I haven’t posted a blog piece at this site for a while in part because I’ve been so busy helping clients achieve superior results. One client in particular was at a point of desperation when he hired me, but is now very grateful that he did. He told me his business is better than it’s been in the past 7 years!
A number of people in the company told me that business was terrible and it was “on my shoulders” to bring in new business because they were losing business to competition year after year. The daunting task: how to bring in new business in a highly competitive field? I outlined key strategies for increasing business online presence and business and the owner was willing to give it a try. Well, the rest is history. I won’t give away all my secrets in this post, but I’m willing to share key strategies with you in person.
Facing stiff competition and questions about Internet marketing can sometimes have a paralyzing effect. Like an inexperienced surfer facing a vast, uncertain ocean, there is often a need for a little advice and experience. Regretfully, many owners want to stick to “old school” business marketing methods only and they are losing out little by little.
After a number of months with consistent strategic marketing by Hamptons Creative Marketing, my client has told me that he believes HCM marketing work is likely the the main underlying reason for the present flurry of business. Of course, marketing work is not the only factor in play in the big picture. But there are a number of reasons to believe this is one of the main contributing factors. A Marketing Research Chart shows that 84% of marketers consider blogs at least somewhat effective for inbound marketing. YouTube and Linkedin are also effective. Here is an image link showing how high-quality blog content writing helps to place companies first on Google search lists.
Try an experiment: type in the kind of business you are involved in at the Google search bar and type “Hamptons NY” after it. Now, is your company visible at the top of the list? Does your company show up at all on the first page? In the first 10 pages? My clients come up number one or at least on the first Google search page. This obviously helps to bring in more business as more and more people search for goods and services on the Internet.
